$75 for teen contestants
$125 for princess contestants 
Include 1 head & shoulders photograph of contestant (Black & White preferably). These can be a hard copy, on a disk, or e-mailed as an attachment. All photographs should accompany the registration information and are NOT returnable.Include a copy of the contestant’s birth certificate or passport as proof of residency and citizenship.

COMPETITION INFORMATION
Be a young lady between the ages of 13 and 17
Be a United States Citizen
Show proof of Tennessee Residency(at least 6 months)
Be in reasonably good health to meet the job
requirements
Be able to meet the time commitments and
responsibilites as set forth by the
Miss Mountian Lakes organization
Must not be eligible to compete in the Miss division of the Miss America PageantOUTSTANDING TEEN COMPETITION - Ages 13-17
(Each area of competition is scored on a scale of 1-10)
statements will be necessary. Please wear a Sunday
dress, skirted suit or a pants suit. This is a personal
interview with a 5 member panel of judges. (A podium
will be used.)
TALENT: 35%(2 minute maximum) -
Appropriate costume or attire for state presentation.
Princess contestant do not compete in talent.
LIFESTYLE & PHYSICAL FITNESS in Sportswear: 15%
Wear your physical fitness outfit of choice (i.e. sports
uniforms, dance wear, etc.NO SWIMSUITS!!!)
EVENING GOWN : 10% Dresses may be
long or short (please be sure they are age appropriate). TEEN PRINCESS COMPETITION - Ages 13-17
